"My thoughts on State Farm! I know not everybody has had the most wonderful experiences with their insurance companies. I just have to say my experience with State Farm has been nothing short of amazing. My agents locally, Kay and Kayla are both exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They are always available to answer your questions. They even check in just to see how things are going. I recently had an accident and it looked as if our car was going to be totaled. In our current situation, totaling the car would’ve been a real hardship on us. So when Tate from State Farm total loss, told me after weeks of him trying to help us find a solution, that unfortunately there were no more options and that they would have to total our car … I was crushed. I asked Tate if I could to speak with his manager, he had done a fantastic job, but I had to absolutely exhaust all possible options for myself. Tate asked Brooke, the manager of total loss, to give me a call. Brooke spent quite some time with me and she truly didn’t have to. They had already determined the car was a total loss. But she still allowed me to explain our situation and the things that I thought might be able to be changed or adjusted regarding the estimate. She was very kind and absolutely heard everything I was telling her. Brooke felt my questions would be best answered by Chad Maney, the manager of the Estimatics Team. Again, just like Brooke, Chad didn’t have any obligation to speak with me, but he took the time to hear everything I had to say and to answer every question I had. Chad worked incredibly hard with me to find a solution. He, together with the assistance of one of his adjusters, James Ertter, found a solution that allowed us to wholly repair our car and avoid a total loss! I sincerely cannot even express how grateful I am! Chad has a truly rare quality, the ability to really listen to and care about what you have to say. Chads kindness, patience and incredible work ethic are unparalleled in the world of business. You may be able to pay less for insurance, but you won’t find better people than those at State Farm. They truly went over and beyond anything I could have imagined. I’ll be with State Farm for life."
